We have been with them for 7 years. Always good service. This is even more true since yesterday. In April2023 we made the jump to dual energy in June we noticed that the air conditioning did not provide what we asked for. After calling for service we discovered that there was a problem and we were told to close everything. After 4 days of extreme heat and an average of 28 in the house, I learned that we would have another 6 days before we came. So 10 days with 28 degrees in the house. I was completely discouraged with an asthmatic child and not sleeping well. I asked Mohamed if he had a cancellation or a little thought gap for us.
