A little disappointed with my welcome this morning having had 2 confirmations on my email and by text message that my appointment was good this morning I arrive there and be told who is not making an appointment online maybe a lack of communication but being myself in this field for several years it is a situation that never happens with my clients. I wanted to try this salon since I have just moved to Laval but unfortunately I will not be returning
Émilie is very sweet and provides incredible customer service.It hides the few flaws of this place (no hello when you enter unless you speak first, no privacy because the tables are close, lots of chatting so not really relaxing). Good service overall.
