Honestly, I come here often and the service is ok, however there is a young man who has been working there for a while...he is too slow and unenthusiastic, lacks confidence and delays the process too much.
This place with the young black girl with an audiophone working is a lack of respect for customers and a lack of professionals. She's not nice. And what's more, she was always late 10 to 15 minutes and then when she arrived late she put a piece of paper saying "BACK IN 15 MINUTES" there are people going to work, we come by to send a few things for the family. And barely When she arrived she asks us for 15 minutes of our working hours if she doesn't like working she resigns. Bad experience today.
Customer service was fine, but my issue is the 10% commission fee that was charged for receiving money. This fee is way too high when you compare how extremely low transfers fees are with banks.
