They recently increased hourly rate from 97$ to 240$ and did not think to mention this steep increase prior to visit. I called for questions about an electric heater they had recently installed. All details including pictures were given on phone yet they showed up to say nothing could be done, took about 10 minutes, and then billed this absurd new hourly rate.
