After buying our home, we wanted to make sure it was sealed and protected from rodents. From Day 1, David, Serge and Stephanie have been exceptional. Answering questions and being very available when we needed them. They are very knowledgeable, patient and very efficient. Rodent-proofing to ease my mind was done with attention to detail. I highly recommend David and his company. I needed to address the issue of vents being destroyed by birds. And I was out of town. David made sure to send me videos and kept me informed about the progress of the project.They even shopped for replacement parts on my behalf. I am a big animal lover, so it especially touched me that David cared to wait removing the nests until hatchings were ready to leave.
