I had an issue with the adjustment of supplementary frames purchased over one year prior, resulting in a breakage. Chanelle (the manager) was keen on providing customer satisfaction and replaced the broken frames. I am really impressed and would not hesitate to highly recommend this business to anyone who expects professional service and quality eyewear.
My son is 6years old and has autism. He is non verbal. Dr. Béatrice Still is very calm and understanding. We did not wait, she followed his lead and managed to do the exam. This is the second exam with her and we will go see her yearly for his checkup.We had to choose glasses and the assistant was very knowledgeable and helped me through it all quickly and professionally.It always warms my heart when I see places that accomodate special needs children.
