I telephoned the store to order glasses that were prescribed 8 months previous. They found the frames I had previously purchased which I wanted again. The glasses came in the NEXT DAY! Picked them up the day after, and one week later I had a follow up phone call from them to see if I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend the wonderful folks here. They go above and beyond.

I had an amazing service there. Dre Jarada is professional and very knowledgeable at her job. Divine provided outstanding service when helping me pick up my glasses at the eye doctor. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly made my visit a pleasant experience.

After paying the $140 visit, and having had the prescription, I noticed that there were no details for contact lenses, so I asked the question and was told that the visit was only for glasses. Elsewhere, it's always a visit for glasses and lenses. But then I find myself going elsewhere to find another appointment and pay for a second visit in order to obtain a prescription like I am used to having because it is only after paying and going through the visit that I am told that it was not included.
