I paid for a session in the “royal package” promotion. Although the first half of the treatments (facial and pedicure) was an amazing experience (thanks to Tiffany), the second half was just okay (massage and Neuro Spa). The person who performed the treatment seemed to me to want to be elsewhere. His care was correct, nothing more. In addition, people (employees? customers?) spoke loudly outside the premises and doors were slammed (despite the silence zone) during the massage. It was disappointing and anything but "royal". At the end of the NeuroSpa treatment, I was instructed to head to the locker rooms. I didn't get the drink included in the package (but that's a shame) and I had to wait at the reception desk with my wet towel and bathrobe in my arms for about ten minutes. I have no problem waiting while taking care of another client, but I would have liked to be able to leave my wet belongings... It was a first experience for me at BioTerra and I thought the place was famous . For the modest sum of $280 (tax and tips included), I am a little disappointed.

We went for a massage and heat therapy. Everything went well. The only downside was that the steam sauna was not functional.

I recommand it. Courteous staff. Tiffany gave me a foot massage, when I put my shoes back on, it's indescribable the feeling of well-being that I felt, I had tears in my eyes. eye. I'm seeing her again on Saturday for a hand massage and I can't wait.
