The technicians that came to the house were amazing. They answered every question and even took time to even gave me more information than what was required. The only issue I had was not with the technicians, but with admin team because it rained and I was the next person to be served before the rain but because of the rain the technicians couldn’t come. Due to the technicians not coming I was not the next person to be on the list after the rain stopped, but I then went to the end of the line and was the last person of the day.
Customer since 2012 and Trevi Chateauguay is by far the best pool store I have dealt with whether for the installation of my semi-inground pool, accessories or repair under warranty it was 5-star service
Thank you Trevi for your great service and professional workers from the first communication when I visited the store. Then we spoke to Rachel,who is very professional and a gem to speak to. The 2 workmen who carried out the service were very efficient and explained what was being done and were professional .Highly recommend this company for any services.... R and K
