Excellent walk-in service. Left my name on the answering machine at 7:00 a.m. return call around 7:45 a.m. and appointment at 4:00 p.m. A big thank you to Dr. Féquière for his kindness, his attentiveness and his professionalism!

The doctors are great. The reception and appointment system are awful. Left my name and number for a callback and they called me the next day...when I wasn't home. Why can't they call back the same day? Even my wife who is a medical secretary- receptionist can't believe the way they are. I have been a client for 10 years and it's always the same.

Excellent service, the secretary was polite and cheerful, and I felt very well taken care of by the emergency doctor who saw me, and who even gave me a follow-up appointment to make sure that the problem was responding well to medication and I was doing well.
