I was only at the location for 5 minutes. In that limited time, the staff was prompt, professional, and helpful. Let's do a breakdown:The situation: Flat tire at work. I called to see if anyone could get me in ASAP.Promptness: On the phone, I was told I could be seen as soon as I arrived. Very friendly and polite! I came in to have a tire repair and ended up unrepairable. Instead of automatically trying to sell me another he gave me options on how to get my tire from the place where I purchased the tire. I will never go anywhere else to buy tires.
