From power vinyasa to restorative yoga, breath work, ecstatic dance, and meditation, there is something for everyone. The teachers are knowledgeable, passionate, and present, providing guidance and support to help students improve in every class. Attending House of Yoga not only improves one's physical and mental well-being, but also provides opportunities for introspection, personal growth, and making new friends. The studio has a strong sense of community, with members being warm, encouraging, and empathetic. Many students have found a sense of balance and a new chapter of life through their practice at House of Yoga. The 200-hour teacher training program is also highly recommended.

Yoga has truly become an essential part of my life physically, mentally, and spiritually. I’ll tell you that fear can be a cripppling thing to overcome but once I started to become comfortable and social with the teachers and fellow yogis it opened up a new chapter of life. The practice took on a new meaning. Whether it be power vinyasa, restorative, a breath work class, ecstatic dance, or other meditation/ intention setting has been rewarding in its own way. Since coming to HOY, I have found a sense of balance, not only in the studio, but in my everyday life! Yoga was something I didn’t know I needed, but can’t get enough of now. The teachers are top notch and help you improve in each class. I’m really happy to have stumbled upon this studio and bring my friends who have also come to love going!!
