I Was unable to get my email to work. Dan fixed the problem, quickly. Was very kind and is a Veteran. Would definitely have him work on any computer issues I would have in the future

Dan had previously rescued my husband's desktop PC when it decided that our login credentials were no longer valid, so when my business laptop developed the Windows "death spiral" and I could not resolve the issue on my own, I gave him a call. He diagnosed the problem over the phone (the OS needed to be reinstalled) and completed the repair within 24 hours, including making a complete backup of all of the data on the hard drive. Dan explains things clearly and offers options for solutions. He is generous with his knowledge and reasonable in his pricing. The laptop is running better than ever! I can't recommend him highly enough.

I had a lotta issues with my chromebook and called the number listed on the website. He gave me some really good advice. Tried to also get me something’s on the cheaper side plus giving me his point of view on the situation. I would definitely call him if any of devices stopped working and needed a repair.
