Look else where. This office is not accommodating. I was a client for about a year. I have spent over $2000 for spay, and vaccinations for my two dogs to get established. I am not always avaliable to take my pets to the office during the day because of work and after work activitiesfor my child. I had asked for a late appointment (after 3pm) on a Friday so I can get one of my dogs a vaccination. The office was not willing to do so. Even after my visit two weeks prior I had paid the almost $700 for a yearly check up. I will take my business else where...Trucksville Dog & Cat Hospital, they are open on Saturdays and have late appointments.

We have nothing but great things to say about Shoemaker Ave Animal Hospital, Dr. McGarry, and all of the staff. Our dog acquired an infection two days before we were going away on a trip, and Dr. McGarry made time for us to bring him in so he could get the care he needed before traveling. Plus, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful! We are thankful for them all.

Dr. McGarry has been my vet for many years now ( more than 10). She has always been kind & understanding towards my pets. She listens to the concerns of the owners of the animals & doesn’t make you feel rushed or “like a number” .
