This company was so easy to work with. We had a small kitchen fire, not much fire damage but the fire extinguisher residue got into absolutely every part of our kitchen and open plan first floor.Sierra in the office was friendly, professional and answered all my questions. ServPro came into our home at one of our darkest hours. Our dishwasher failed resulting in gallons and gallons of water pouring thru our first floor and basement. The team that came into our home was efficient, kind, and went above and beyond to keep us in the loop of what was happening and what to expect. We recently had a water line break at our rental property and it had leaked for quite sometime before the tenant returned to see the damage. After shutting off the water supply, my first call was to the SERVPRO team. Joe came out first thing the next day and met with our insurance agent. It was very apparent that he knew what he was doing and the insurance agent also respected his insight and direction. This building is over 100 years old and Joe and his team took genuine care to respect the history of the building and minimally disturbed what they needed to.
