I have used Cooper Mechanical for over 15 years. I find the employees to be very courteous and professional. They take their time to explain everything to you. I would recommend them to my friends.

The company is professionalThey sent a picture with the name of the service tech Robert who was on time!My heating system is back working fine!He even explained some things about my system that I wasn’t aware of!! Cooper was the authorized service company for Koehler Airbaths. They received the part from Koehler FedEx in a day, and immediately scheduled service. Used a text based system to keep in touch and identify that Rich M, with a picture , was arriving. Rich quickly replaced a complex part and then evaluated the whole system to assure it was water tight and properly functioning. I was impressed. Joe
