There’s a fantastic variety of classes which I love. All instructors modify moves so that every fitness level is welcome. And speaking of welcome, you will not only be welcomed by the awesome instructors but the members that are there are truly the most welcoming non judgmental people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing! So thankful I found this place!

I absolutely love the classes that FTFF has to offer! The owner and often time instructor, Lisa, is amazing. She inspires you and encourages you to work to your potential (but without being pushy!). I have come and gone over time (due to not making fitness a priority :( ) and I always feel welcomed back and excited to see everyone again. This is definitely a safe place to try new classes, and get fit no matter your fitness level!

I've just started Zumba here and I love it! Lisa, the owner, is very welcoming and is a great instructor. She is full of energy and makes working out fun. Instead of dreading “going to the gym” I can't wait for my next Zumba class!
