I have been going to Senior Fit off and on four the past five years. We live in a retirement community and after four surgeries, two knee replacements and two back surgeries, Tim and his entire staff have worked with me to get me up and going. The atmosphere at Fit Lite is professional and everyone is encouraging , positive, and caring. My body and mind has been strengthened to the extent of living a healthy, and content lifestyle again.

The therapists at Senior Fit are great. They have helped me through strengthening a back weak from scoliosis, and I just finished treatment after a reverse total shoulder replacement. The exercises including homework are tough, but the results make it worthwhile. And, I can't say too much positive about the encouraging atmosphere built by Michele, Tim, and Karen. Bravo!
Highly recommend Sr. Fit! I got a “miracle” cure for my painful SI joint issue; started to feel healing in just a few sessions and pain free in a few weeks. Love that clients are all seniors!
