Frankie and Heather definitely care for their patients and always treats everyone with the utmost respect and kindness.

Until discovering Penn, I mistakenly believed I knew what PT was all about as a former patient of the other major option here in Chester County. Was I wrong.

There is no comparison whatsoever how at much better the physical therapy experience is at Penn.

Everything and everyone - the facilities, the support staff, the therapists - works together with you to get you back quickly on your feet. You are assigned one therapist who works exclusively with you unlike the other guys who have many patients at one time. Here you are prioritized a full hour of one on one work.

My issue was osteoarthritis and trouble walking.

Therapist Joe L listened to me and after a comprehensive exam, designed a program that made things simple yet built on progression through a series of exercises.

One major highlight I NEVER ONCE GOT AT THE OTHER PLACE is the table work where he’d stretch me out and apply heat to my tender muscles at the end of each session.

I can now do these exercises on my own and have a plan once my hip replacement surgery can be scheduled.

I can’t say enough about this amazing place! I came here last November after a bad fall, fracturing both my right foot and my upper arm. My orthopedist had told me that the location of the fracture in my upper arm could impact the range of motion in my shoulder. Luckily, I came here and have been working diligently with Joe Lasorda, who has been outstanding and I can’t believe that I am inches away from recovering full range of motion in my arm!! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the excellent work done by Kevin Curtis, who specializes in hand and wrist therapy. It made a huge difference for me. If you need PT or OT, don’t hesitate to contact this place. Here you will get ONE on ONE attention by the best!!
