Joey and her staff are amazing. Symmetry provides great classes and one on ones that will rejuvenate you and get you feeling good! Friendly, knowledgeable, funny and caring, Joey and her crew are awesome! Class times are great too with lots to choose from. Great location in WC. Super easy to get to and enjoy. I highly recommend!

I have been with Symmetry for several years. Joey's (Owner) diverse experience in many aspects of body health and movement allow for instruction focused on what the individual needs. I have greatly improved my strength, posture and reduced aches and pains due to pilates. My husband also goes to Symmetry and Joey has helped eliminate his back pain. Joey has selected and in some cases trained some great instructors! The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the studio is very well equipped! Really top rate.
