I have recently had my 2nd TKR and have been suffering from balance an fall issues where I ended up fracturing my foot. I switched providers and never looked back.Nate and his assistants have been extraordinary. Nate created a perfect care plan that has boosted my confidence and has helped already.I am so pleased that Nate and his assistants care so much and oversee my program.

Initial evaluation not bad. Front desk after initial evaluation rude, condescending and not customer service oriented at all. First appointment, therapist was nice, assistant was nice. Front desk staff again rude, dismissive, checked out someone who was done after i was before me and when i offered to call to make my follow up said oh well she is free now. Then proceeded to tell me how busy they are for the next two weeks and basically cannot accommodate me. I understand being busy but this isn’t my first time utilizing a PT however my first and last using premier. The unexpected silver lining of my car accident (and the subsequent physical therapy required) was working with the team at Premier Physical Therapy in West Chester. They're truly top notch. Emily and Mike provided excellent coaching and care while making my sessions surprisingly fun. They're interested in the lives of their patients and started to feel like good friends over time. I highly recommend this team.
