Nate constantly impresses me with his perception of body functionality. Nate and his responsive treatment protocols have measurably improved my level of discomfort and improved my range of motion that have not been addressed in months of conventional physical therapy.
Although I only had one session with Nate, I can clearly see the effectiveness of this work. I’ve had and given a lot of bodywork over the years, Nate knows his stuff. There is significant improvement after one session, I understand what is happening in my body, and I have a plan for strengthening my body so I can return to my busy life. And, he’s a very personable and enjoyable therapist/trainer. Highly recommended.
Really enjoyed my time with Nate and would highly recommend. He taught me good form practices that increased my confidence after my back surgery. He also does a great job incorporating nutrition guidance with an exercise plan. My family and friends commented on noticeable
improvememts to my health and weight. Nate is also a wonderful person who teaching and wisdom beyond the gym.
