The staff (Amory, Adam & Chris Bi) were very accommodating and professional throughout the entire process. Since I live nearly 2 hours away, the sales staff assisted me quite well via phone & texting in describing the vehicle "sight unseen" as well as providing a good idea of my trade-in's value. Overall, an excellent experience...Not to mention an incredible product/vehicle. LOVE my Range Rover Sport!
