Thank you to the West Chester Banfield team. Ive been really happy with their care of Luna and their kindness. They are have given us different options for treatments needed and are always upfront about pricing. Dr. Towl takes his time to ensure any questions are answered. Meg is amazing and takes great care of our pup during treatment. Thanks for helping Luna be healthy and happy

Went to the West Chester, PA location for the first time the other day for my cat and I highly recommend them to anyone with a pet. We used to live in NY and went to a Banfield there, therefore we liked the idea that they had access to his records and to continue that continuity of care. Every staff person whether on the phone or in person was very pleasant, listened to my concerns and questions and we never felt rushed through the visit. They were wonderful!
