Went to the West Chester, PA location for the first time the other day for my cat and I highly recommend them to anyone with a pet. We used to live in NY and went to a Banfield there, therefore we liked the idea that they had access to his records and to continue that continuity of care. Every staff person whether on the phone or in person was very pleasant, listened to my concerns and questions and we never felt rushed through the visit. They were wonderful!

Had a wonderful first time visiting Banfield today! The team at the West Chester office is so lovely- especially Jenna and Dr. Crimmin, who were both very kind and helpful. It’s clear they all took great care of my girl. It was a little anxiety-inducing having to switch to a new vet hospital due to an upcoming move, but I truly feel confident I made the right decision in choosing Banfield! I am so happy with my experience, and I cannot recommend this location enough :)

The staff and Dr. Jaekle are incredible. They make us feel welcome and treat our dog like he’s part of the family. Bentley loves the extra treats he gets when he’s good for his appointment. Highly recommend!

If I could give 100 stars I would. I switched to this vet from Heart & Paw and I’ve had the best experience. My dog Pablo had to get his teeth cleaned and lost some teeth during the process. The vet (Dr. Jaekle) took the time to walk me through the procedure and reassured me my dog would be in the best care. He did not lie, from the minute I dropped of Pablo every worker I encountered was so kind and informed. Thank you so much to the staff at Banfield!
