Jesse / Burcker HVAC is simply outstanding. We've used them three times over the last 6 months and every time, Jesse and team provided top notch service with excellent explanations of what they are doing and why. First, we hired Jesse to repair our Bosch AC unit. He corrected issued created by a previous improper installation from another company. The unit was still under warranty, so Jesse managed to replace several major components without any cost to me. Second, he rebalanced our AC units within the house. And most recently, he replaced a mini-split with excellent results. And - as a bonus at my request - he fixed my jammed garbage disposal and cleared my gutters... read full review
Our air conditioning unit went out unexpectedly at the beginning of the summer. They came as soon an as they could, advised us on a new ac heat pump system; and installed it quickly and efficiently. They also made improvements to needed items in our old system. Would highly recommend them.
You can expect the absolute best with Burcker. Jesse and Dylan personified honesty, hard work and ethical business. They are friendly, knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air (no pun intended ?). They installed a new heat pump and air handler in my older home with expertise and utmost care. Make Burcker your first choice when you need help with anything HVAC.
