We had never known them before until when we searched the internet. I am so pleased to get to know them and hire them to help us with a business renovation project. Ken and the team are so thorough with every detail of the job to ensure the quality of the work. When I offered to pay them, Ken said I didn't owe them anything because they had not done anything yet. It melts my heart. Thank you for your hard work and always only charge a reasonable price for the job! Also, they offer great resources to assist with the project, so we have less issues to worry! Ken installed a deck at my home and did a great job. After discussing the project and choosing materials, Ken provided a detailed quote for the project and took the time to answer a lot of questions about how the deck would be constructed, providing the pros/cons and potential costs involved in variations like extra footings, how it would be attached to the house, joist spacing, etc. He provided advice and points to consider when choosing colors/materials/layout for the decking. Despite the pandemic putting a halt on the project for a few months, Ken stayed in touch, keeping us updated on material sourcing, delivery, and construction timelines. Neudecker Construction did a tremendous job for us on multiple home renovations we did this year. Ken and his crew were easy to work with and always left the job site clean at the end of the day. The craftsmanship of all the work performed by Neudecker Construction has been excellent and Ken remained on budget throughout the process. Ken is a good communicator and stays in touch frequently during the project in case there are questions or feedback needed. It really was a pleasure working with Ken and his crew and I would not hesitate to recommend Neudecker Construction to my friends and family.
