I see that Valley Air has many positive reviews, but I think it’s only fair to potential customers to tell you about my very negative experience. Shortly after our new system was installed, it stopped working. Valley came and made an adjustment to the thermostat. We then had a flood and the ceiling was damaged. The owner of Valley Air, Mr. Lehman, inspected our home and said the flood was due to problem with the thermostat and that his company would reimburse us for the repairs to our ceiling and reset the thermostat. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY - CASHED MY DEPOSIT, DID ZERO WORK FOR OVER 5 MONTHSOne of the heating units in my condo went out around Thanksgiving 2020. My building recommended this company for the repair because they had previously done work there. They came out and said that the unit will need to be replaced and it will take 12 weeks to build the unit. It is now mid-April 2021 and no work has been done despite them cashing my deposit. I made multiple attempts to reach out via phone and email regarding the status of the repair, but they have not returned any calls/emails. Technicians from Valley Air have been out to my home twice. They were suppose to order wires to properly install my Google Nest thermostat. I was told the orders come in quickly and they would touch base with me. Since then I have heard nothing back. I call and call everyday leaving voicemails and nobody from the office even has the decency to return my call to give me a status of the project.
Now today, Valley Air technicians are working on my neighbors home. So I walk over and ask what’s going on (the same techs that were in my home) and the one dude is sitting on a box scrolling through his social media on his phone and completely ignores me so his partner finally... read full review
