It all started with Darin during the estimate. He gave his honest professional opinion to what made sense for our house. We were in need of new ac units and we were looking to add a heat pump to offset the cost of oil for heating our home. He advised with our current duct work and set up, he would not go with a heat pump. Our 1st floor ducts were not insulated and our 2nd floor ducts were coming from the ceiling. He also recommended adding in a return vent in our basement to help with humidity and using that cooler air down there to cool the rest of our house. I just moved into a brand new house and Bert and Dan came out to do an initial inspection and tuneup. Both of the technicians were super professional, neat, knowledgeable and helpful. Dan took the time to explain everything about my new unit and answered any questions I had. There is a minor repair that needs to be addressed and Dan explained that it would be done as soon as possible and that If we should need assistance while we’re waiting, we should give J A Smith a call and they would come right out,
Bob was very thorough In his investigationinto the issue As to why my air-conditioning was not working. He took time to explain the concern and how it was resolved. He also performed My six month maintenance which was due in a few weeks so that it was more convenient for me since I already had to change my schedule due to the HVAC issue. Bob was very Kind and considerate. Cleaned up the area and I’m very happy with the Service
