We had R&S refinish our Foyer, Living Room, Dining Room & Staircase. We went from light orangish oak color to a dark rich color. We decided to take out the carpet in our office and they installed the wider plank hardwood, which matches perfectly with the original flooring. We couldn't be happier with the installation and finished product. Everything was covered and blocked off to keep the dust down and the job was finished in a timely manner. Highly recommend them for refinishing and also new installation. See the beautiful pictures.

I have used R&S in two houses for multiple projects. In my first home, they were the flooring contractor that our builder used for our hardwood. Over time we added hardwood to our family room and kitchen. Even though that wood was installed years later, everything "matched."We moved in 2020 into an older home that had hardwood floors throughout most of the house, though mostly they were "well-loved." Our first project was to remove a wall in between the kitchen and living room - and extend the hardwood from the living room through the kitchen and hallway. R&S feathered in the new hardwood with the old, and refinished everything to match - you cannot tell where the old floor ends and the new begins.This year we had them sand and refinish two additional rooms on the first floor to match the kitchen. Their work was once again wonderful - you would not know the floors were finished at different times.Everyone we have worked with over the years has been professional, kind and knowledgable. Have used R&S for years. They installed 3 rooms of hardwood floors.Recently, we had issue with a floor squeak on new hardwood kitchen floor. I called R&S, and they came out twice free of charge to help repair the squeak. The first time, they tied to glue the rubbing/joining pieces, but to no avail.
