My daughter just got a new pup yesterday and he was infested with fleas. I called Jayne to see if she can help with the fleas. Jayne fit us into her busy schedule without hesitation and answered so many questions we had. She made sure this cute little pup was out of his misery (with his fleas)before we left there. I visited Aunt Jayne with my dogs today 4/10/24. As I leave this review they are so content resting after their spa day. I waited with my dogs and saw the amazing care they were given with Jayne and Mike. I was allowed to stay with my dogs to try to keep them comfortable, but I know now that I can leave them with Aunt Jayne and they will be okay. Before my appointment I talked to Jayne on the phone and she answered each and every question I had. We were talking for quite some time and she seemed happy to help me with anything I needed. I got recommendations for treats and tooth care because I needed advice. In my opinion Jayne is a small town woman with a small town business... read full review

Very kind and empathetic staff, very large and spacious workspace, smart features like double gates to prevent accidental escapes. She also grooms cats which a lot of groomers don't have the skill to do.
