Aunt Jayne is excellent with the animals. She is very calming and thorough. Her grooming skills are top notch and she keeps up with current techniques with continuing education to give your pet the best experience. Her shop is fully equipped and spotless.

They did a fantastic job on our new Newfoundland! We adopted her from a foster farm and she is approximately 2 years old. Her coat was dirty smelly and had a little bit of matting. Well, they fixed her right up! She is beautiful! Thank you! We highly recommend Aunt Jayne's Groom Room.

Jayne is truly heaven-sent! After reading countless glowing reviews about her, I can confidently say she more than lives up to her reputation—when people call her the “dog whisperer,” they’re absolutely right. She. Is. AMAZING!
I’ve struggled for a long time to find someone, anyone, who could successfully cut my pup’s nails. He’s extremely fearful and anxious in any groomer or vet setting, which stems from past bad experiences. But Jayne was different. Not only was she able to cut and dremel his nails, but she also took the time to build trust with him—a trust that I know will only grow stronger with each visit.
