My friend suggested here and I'm so thankful she did. Everyone was friendly and polite. My puppy looks adorable! She greatly resembled a bathroom rug when I took her. She came back chic! She can be skittish but the feedback was actually good. Pricing was phenomenal and I plan on making this my go to groomer from now on. Thanks, guys!

We have 3 decent sized dogs, one of which is dog aggressive and this place is so wonderful to all the dogs. They take extra steps of precaution with the aggressive one. They all come out soft, beautiful and floating on cloud 9🥰. The staff is great, friendly and communicative. Would highly recommend. 🙂

We have boarded our dogs here multiple times for durations ranging from 3-10 days, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Here are my favorite parts about trusting them with my dogs. 1. My dogs come back normal — they are not shell-shocked like after a few overstimulating and dysregulating hours at doggy daycare or fearful/anxious like after a stay at the vet. They are happy to see us but they are not traumatized. Maybe a little tired after all the new smells. 2. Although they take care of many dogs, they accommodated my reactive dogs who can’t really be around other dogs. They let my two dogs stay together, while keeping them separated from other dogs for safety. 3. They are reasonably priced. 4. They are kind people. 5. Dogs came back from their most recent stay freshly washed and groomed!

Never coming back. Made an appointment for 10am and realized we were going to be late for a road closure. When I called to explain, one of the groomers (not Renee) informed us our appointment was for 945am and we already missed it.
There are no email or text confirmation and we never recieved a call. We tried to explain the situation and the woman who picked up the phone was so insanely rude I could not believe it. We were hung up on twice and not offered an option to try to reschedule.
I understand that mistakes happen and it very well could have been on our end, but the customer service was so horrible, that we will never be coming back.

They always do a great job trimming my spicy chihuahuas nails even though he tries to gum them to death. We brought our 2 month old kittens with us this time for a nail trim and they did great.

My penny toy poodle and jewels long hair Chihuahua came home looking like Princesses this has got to be the best groomer I have encountered they put bows and accessories thank u so much and the price was very affordable
