Much cheaper than going to a vet, this is all they do, so it makes sense. Stitches for my girl basically dissolved over time so no return visit was needed. No complications. Talked to friends that went to their vet, they paid double, then had to return to have the stitches removed. I'll use this place for my fur babies as long as they're around.

And the fact that they offer feliway sprayed towels in the waiting room to put over your cat carrier to reduce stress speaks volumes about how much they care !

Love Dr Whil but the staff at this hospital is just horrendous especially the older woman that attacks you when you walk in the door I have four dogs spend thousands of dollars a year. I have been going to Dr. Wiles for over 40 years I have never been treated so rudely by a woman, who is the face of the establishment than I was today? I have excepted her rudeness for the benefit of my dogs are good not let my dog shit on the floor in that place ever again.. I will make a point of telling everyone who I have ever referred through the 40 years I have been coming to this establishment that if you are expecting the establishment of Old don't bother it's staffed by nasty people who obviously hate their jobs, but subject patients to it anyway

Dr. Wiles and Dr. Santos have taken excellent care of my pets. The staff is always kind and considerate. I have been taking my pets here my whole life (my parents took our pets when I was a kid, now I take mine as an adult). I think their prices are very reasonable. I've never had trouble getting an appointment. They are so good with my pets and I wouldn't want to take them anywhere else.

This is the best veterinarian practice in the surrounding Pittsburgh area. Each and every time I go there I am grateful for having such a professional, caring staff providing care for my pets. There's a pandemic going on; everyone has had to make changes. Seriously, if someone is complaining about procedures during Covid, you're really stretching. Spay and Vacc is functioning professionally and safely as they should be during this time. I thank everyone at this vet's office frequently; you should too. I've trusted them with my beloved pets for decades and they've never disappointed me.

The staff is very nice and I've never had a bad experience except with their new CoVid procedures. Maybe it will get better. You park, call a cell number that isn't listed publicly anywhere, and wait in your car. You can barely see the number on a plastic sandwich board in front of the door. Your not supposed to get out your car. When they come out, you get out of the car to hand over the animal. What was the point of staying in the car?
