I had an amazing experience at Hand & Stone. Flyura and Kayleigh at the front desk were incredibly welcoming. Gianna was absolutely fantastic. I came in with a ton of knots and pain in my back, and she took the time to work through every problem area. By the end of the session, I honestly felt like a completely different person. I highly recommend Hand & Stone, especially Gianna for massage therapy and Flyura and Kayleigh for their outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I used to belong there before Craig was let go; I went about every two weeks and sometimes weekly. I also saw Morgan for a facial. I now go get massages elsewhere; personally I think the place has gone down.
I still see Morgan for facials. She is excellent.
I also love the infused product for water.
The service is EXCELLENT!
Front desk employees are always very nice and helpful.
My only complaint is it's very difficult getting appointments with my favorite massage therapists. They are usually booked three months out.
