I’ve been seeing Dr Canal due to multiple injuries sustained when my vehicle was hit from behind in a high speed semi-truck accident. My condition had hardly improved prior to seeing him and I was close to suicidal due to the never-ending pain and ridiculous insurance debates. I doubted that I would ever get any relief before I was seen by Dr C. He also helped me understand my diagnosis and prognosis in addition to handling the insurance disputes with poise and patience. Moreover, I still drive close to 3 hours round-trip for each of my appointments as I have for two years. I wish I had my old body back and I wasn’t disabled and belittled by the insurance industry’s scams, but since wishes haven’t been granted since Robin Williams left, at least I have no need to wish for a better chiropractor to help me through it. I sure hope this holds value to someone, or I just wasted my time typing this…. And Never you mind the sign above the door that says it’s a tanning salon, I think his landlord is just really cheap.

I walked in feeling tight, sore, and limited in my movement — and walked out feeling lighter, aligned, and noticeably more comfortable. Even the next morning, I could feel a difference in my posture and mobility. What stood out most was the genuine care and attention to detail. Dr. Canal clearly values patient education and long-term wellness, not just quick fixes. I left feeling confident about my recovery plan and motivated to stay consistent with my care. I recently visited Dr Canal for chiropractic care and was very impressed. The treatment was incredibly effective — I noticed immediate relief in my back and shoulders. I suffered with back spasm severe muscles tightness and numbness in my right leg. I couldn't find relief from this even after going to many doctors. I googled and found dr Alfred Canal chiropractor clinic where he treated me very well and I felt a lot better in three weeks.

I have been suffering neck pain, episodes of headache pain, and tension. After trying physical therapy and treatment in Scranton the problem subsided a little for short periods but reoccurred all the time. I assumed it was something I had to learn to live with. After several chiropractic adjustments at chiropractor Alfred Canals office he had identified the problem in my neck and assured me it was treatable. After just a short time now since starting chiropractic care, my neck has never felt better. I haven't suffered another acute flareup since as I was expecting and am starting to feel like I don't have to worry about when the tension and pain will flair up again. I HIGHLY recommend his approach and practice.
