I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service at the Tarentum store. I decided to go to this particular store, due to many positives reviews and I am so glad I did. Not only were Samantha and Sarah both very knowledgeable, but they were patient and took the time to explain all of my different options. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.
I recently had to change in insurance providers and had to find a new eye doctor. I gave America's Best in Tarentum( Pittsburgh Mills) a try. My experience at this location was great from start to finish. the girl at the front desk was super nice, The doctor listened to the issues I had with my previous prescription, corrected them, and now I have glasses that I can actually wear, And the gentleman who both helped me choose and order my glasses and then also helped me when I picked them up was kind as well. Overall great experience
I had a problem with my glasses after they came in The manager couldn't have been a more helpful person ever. He immediately resolved my issues and made me feel like I did nothing wrong. I am so satisfied after his help I would recommend this place to anyone
