I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service at the Tarentum store. I decided to go to this particular store, due to many positives reviews and I am so glad I did. Not only were Samantha and Sarah both very knowledgeable, but they were patient and took the time to explain all of my different options. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

My sister was going to have to wait until the end of December to get a new prescription.
I called America's Best office and got 2 Appointments the same Day. Can you Believe it?

I got a full exam and prescription too.
We are waiting to see if the glasses are going to be as great as we expect.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, Gabby was especially helpful in helping me to choose my frames and explaining my options.I especially want to shout out to Dr Simmons who was very patient and through with the exam, but it was her explanation of how progressive lenses work and what might be best for me. I work on the computer and my glasses definitely impact my effectiveness. I think that her advice will help to resolve a problem that I've had with my glasses for the last few years and I am especially grateful to her.This location will have my business for the foreseeable future and hopefully Dr Simmons will be there. Thank you!
