Just wanna leave this here, the company I've dealt with for years recently told me they can't make a delivery for at least a week. So I called Kratzer they came today, hit a bit if a stump. Had an additional driver then a supervisor come out to MAKE SURE I had oil during these cold days. I wanna say Thank you and you've gained a customer moving forward. Thank you for the Great Service. Our family just moved back to the area and was looking for an oil provider that’s reliable and had fair prices. We found that with Kratzer Oil. I called the office told them what we needed and they were there in a few days fill the tank. When they found out I was retired from the military, the price per gallon was lowered with a military discount. Our family would surely Kratzer Oil.

After leaving message on emergency line, was called back and a technician was here by 830 to fix the problem.
