I spoke with the receptionist this morning and I have to say they do care about pets and pet owner. I appreciate it.
Cat infected with flea and called to ask for help with flea management. They were very helpful in providing options and trying to help the best they can within the limitation of unable to see the cats in person. Respectful and kind people. I called when I was extremely stressed out about the situation and I think they handled it well and deserve the public recognition and praise.
This was our first time bringing our dog there for a checkup, shots, etc. My first impression is that the front desk staff, the techs, and the doc were all pleasant and seemed to really care about the animals there. The place was clean and seemed to run in an organized, efficient manner. Sure, the total cost smacked us a little, but our girl needed to get everything done, so that's to be expected. We're really hoping that this is the vet clinic that we'll happily bring our girl to for many years.
I was there for the first time a few days ago with my dogther Kookie Doh the staff was amazing and stabilized my puppy back to good health. I would like to thank the staff for there rapid response and kindness. Thank you all
