Went there before my vision insurance ran out. I was told they could mail my contacts so I wouldn't have to make the 1.5 hour drive back to them. It's 4 weeks and I have called 3 times and they have no information for me. I expressed I am in desperate need of replacement contacts. I asked if I could personally reach out to their vendor they said NO! They tell me they will call me with information and never do. I am so frustrated and my job requires me to wear contacts since I don't have prescription safety glasses. The lady today was rude and had an undertone of laughter. Wow. Unbelievable.
I went into Nittany Eye Associates today in an attempt to purchase new eye glasses. The female receptionist that checked me in was cold and unfriendly. I left without getting any assistance in finding a new pair of glasses. I will not be returning.
Never received the appropriate lenses and they said my 20/20 vision had spoiled me but their glasses are the best they could do!! $700 later and a couple of years and I STILL can't see using them and have to resort to reading glasses and not driving in rain or darkness.
