I was excited to be able to support a local business for my flooring needs. We definitely had some communication issues as the email with the quote was sent to the wrong address, but with some work we were able to get everything sorted out. The delay in communication caused a delay in getting the carpet installed, however when they did get it in, we were very pleased. The team was efficient and did an excellent job with the install. Would use them again

The whole staff is is great. They took the time to explain the benefits and negatives of the different types of flooring, helped with the selection of materials and the install was fast and cleanly. The most valuable parts was the continued communication from everyone on staff and the flexibility with my crazy schedule.

I found Advantage flooring after searching for companies that sold counters. I walked in and Troy directed me to exactly what I was looking for. My kitchen is an old farmhouse kitchen from the 1910’s so measuring was a challenge. The company had a great templater and great installers! Ashley was great with communication and clear about price and timelines.I really appreciated how fast the company worked with me and how great the communication was.
