I had my roof replaced with them. Zachary was responsive to all the questions and made multiple visits to help with clean up the site and answer all the questions I had.
It has been 3 months now and l am starting to see a number of problems. I called them a few times and they are not responsive. I am seeing multiple issues related to my gutters that they said had been fixed. I also saw a lot of debris in one of the easily accessible gutters. I cannot see the state of the other gutters.

Overall a good experience, but definitely a few issues along the way. At this point for my current paid amount, I feel like I got an appropriate value. The workers were efficient and had the job done in two days. Whole process from quote to "done" was about 3 weeks. Project manager Nate Gamboa was a godsend during the whole process. Salesperson has ghosted as I'm still waiting for a callback for voicemails left while the project was an hour in. Also not happy with how a core component of the job itself was misunderstood by sales to the point of not being able to be completed.

I recently had my siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia done by doing it right. They also replaced a kitchen window and a garage window for me. Everything from start to finish was great even when there were a couple little hiccups in the process. Chris was always super responsive, friendly, and answered all of my questions. The crews were always very respectful and efficient while working on my house. Chris and Derek both made sure that I was happy with everything before they closed the job. Clean up was perfect too!
