For several years our small business was working with a large national payroll company. So when I came on board, we explored a local payroll company. We have been working with Premier Payroll Services for about three months. The Customer Support Team was very helpful when importing all of our payroll information into the new system. When I call Customer Support, I get a team member who I recognize. They answer all my questions, help me when running my payroll, and are very patient, understanding I am a novice at payroll.
