DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Our central A/C went out on our home's 1st floor. My husband figured it was the motor. We had a professional from Weidner come out on a Friday. He was polite and on time. This Weidner tech said problem was motor which would cost minimum approx $600 to fix; or we might need to replace the whole unit for around $6,000. Said he should be able to get me quotes by end of that day. Monday morning no call back to me. I called Weidner late on Mon and they said they were still trying to get the A/C manufacturer to give them quotes. Tuesday no call from Weidner. These folks are Crooks with a capital C. They over charged me by at least $2,000.00 and the work was so shoddy that after a year of getting very little heat/air upstairs and high energy bills I realized they had not sealed the duct work and all the heat/air was escaping down the basement. I had to do a makeshift repair my self. Stay as far away from this bunch as possible, or expect to be cheated in price and poor quality work.
