Yesterday we had the UGI team replace our entire HVAC system with a new LENNOX unit. The quality of the equipment was exceeded only by the professionalism of the team that installed it. From start to finish, the installation was by far the most organized and pleasant I have ever experienced. Getting a new HVAC system is a major decision, not one to be made lightly. I have asthma, and the team led by Don Renninger was careful to ensure that my comfort during the installation was taken into consideration. UGI HVAC is great! We have an annual plan with them through Home Serve and always receive prompt service. The tech is always knowledgeable and great to work with. We avoided having to get a new hot water heater for a couple of years with our latest service call! Thank you!
Our annual maintenance service revealed the need to replace our AC unit. After reviewing the estimate, we decided to replace our aging furnace at the same time. The job was accomplished in one day, the techs were professional and careful and we are very satisfied with both the cost and the job.
