Prompt, efficient, personable, professional,
& especially “tidy”. They used large sheets of plastic & carpets to leave our home immaculate plus they even vacuumed!
The technician was very knowledgeable and very pleasant, but I am extremely upset that I was never known to me that there was a code attached to this thermostat. When did you install it? Why was I not informed it? Why was I not given instructions that I could understand the lady on the telephone, the Auto voice was quite not what I was expecting I thought you was gonna tell me how to fix it so it was a short time before I receive your service, but I don’t know and I by mistake. Just had an emergency repair completed by John/UGI HVAC - was a clogged evaporator/condenser - very professional neat work was completed. This young man has been here before and is ALWAYS respectful to my property and gives me a detailed report on the work completed. I don't trust anyone else to do the work!
