Jeff personally came to our home to discuss the emergency need of replacing our HVAC system. No sales pitch, just straightforward information and recommendation. With hours I had a quote and a tenative next day install. The price was excellent when compared to other companies. Installation and the crew were efficient and knowledgeable. The best part...LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED. I highly recommend JB.
We had to wait much longer than we were told we would initially. When the work started it was consistent and the workers were very nice and respectful. The work completed is extraordinary high quality and beautiful. They said they would be back to finish one part that did not get finished but at the time I am completing this they have still not returned to do that. The length of time that lapses frequently from what they state will happen and what it actually takes to happen is the only thing that kept me from 5 stars.
