I had Erlich come out to assess and manage a variety of pest control issues at my residence. My technician was Malachi. He was a great guy, and did his job to the best of his abilities. He got here around 10:30 and left around 1pm? And that was without doing the exterior. He treated my sofa and recliner for BBs and the home for roaches, and spiders, as well as mice, although we don't see any thanks to my two cats! The customer service team needs to get there act together. Received 3 confirmation times for appointments we didn't even have.We were billed $160 extra over our yearly contracted rate. If I didn't notice the double charge twice in 3 months. If I didn't notice it, no one would've caught it. Not the way to run a business.

It took ages to get someone to return my call and emails.Once someone did, they managed to get an appointment set up and the techs came the next day. They were great.. BUT.. I was supposed to have a follow up appointment, which was booked and nobody showed up. No phone call. No email..2 weeks past that appointment lolyou think they're coming still?Good grief y'all.
