I got a facial today. The stream machine didn't work, the shoulder massage wasn't great. Had my mask on and I believe the girl was sitting behind be instead of massaging my shoulders. I won't go back.
My sister gave me a gift certificate last Xmas and I finally got around to using it! I booked a massage with Rachel since her availability aligned with my schedule. The front desk checked me in politely asking me a few questions about any extra services I may want.
I was taken to a comfortable waiting room and offered a glass of coconut water, very good btw. Rachel came in promptly and took me to the massage room giving me a few minutes of privacy. I felt very comfortable with her right away.
