St. Luke's Care Now - Pocono Summit (Walk-in care) and Occupational Medicine

It's has been a week and it does not seem the treatment is really working. Can still hear very little with my left ear
and the drops being applied 4 x a day as prescribed

Walked in and basically got seen after checking in on kiosk. Nurse and Dr were both pleasant and respectful to speak to. I have never been to an urgent care ever so this experience made me super happy I chose St Luke's.

I went to the ER after a light bulb exploded and caused a laceration on my wrist. Check-in was quick and easy, and I was taken back after a short wait. The team was friendly and efficient, and they made sure I was comfortable — especially after I mentioned I don’t do well with needles.

Andrew Lam, CRNP, was absolutely amazing. He took his time, stayed calm and in control, and made a stressful situation completely manageable. His professionalism and care stood out, and I highly recommend him and his team.
