Good afternoon Google Family. I love this place. They have a sauna, cafe, women's only section and a movie theatre complete with treadmills, ellipticals and stationary bikes. Ken is my favorite of the employees who work the front desk. Ken has an engaging and friendly personality. HE is the same nice person everytime I come here. I look forward to seeing Ken on Saturdays since he opens up if there is no one else to open up on Saturdays. He works Mon - Fri 4 am -12 noon. Have a good night Family, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.
Overall great location (and I’ve gone frequently to 3). I go here once at least once a week right after work. As anything else that you purchase be aware of what you sign up for and when your contract is up to make en educated decision on renewing or starting new. I’ve been a member since 2019 and there have been several changes in membership fees and what’s included in each tier. If you’re new start at the lower tier and see how it works for you and then upgrade as that is always an option but downgrade is not until your contract is up.

Edge Fitness is the best fitness center I have been to. I joined even before it opened in Plymouth Meeting and have been a member since. The facility is so clean and the quality and quantity of machines and weights is beyond excellent. The staff members are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased. I wish one would open in Delray Beach Florida where I visit frequently. I would recommend Edge Fitness to everyone I know that is not already a member. Thank you.
