Einstein Physicians Plymouth Meeting Family Medicine

After reading negative reviews I was a bit nervous to start at this practice but my experience has been great so far. I'm seeing Sun Hee Park and she listens and cares about my health and concerns. The office staff is friendly and efficient and the practice operates in timely fashion.

I have been coming to this office since I waa 8 years old. I love Dr. McCarthy but I do not why this office has gone down hill. I was on hold for 10 plus minutes yesterday. Returning a call from your office and the person didn't even know what the other person wanted whom has left for the day. Or how to reschedule. I plan to look for a new different a new dr as we'll taking my daughter as well.

Used to love this place it fell off a lot! They have a NP named PARK who doesn’t care or listen to what you’re saying!!! time for me to find a new primary care physician I’ve been going here since I was born and it was in conshy and doctor Franklin was my primary care these are sad time we live in
